  6. AGMSTranscribeSound is a variation of AGMSPlaySound that lets you move
  7. forwards and backwards through a sound sample and lets you jump to a marked
  8. location.  It is intended for use as an aid in transcribing a recording of
  9. dialogue onto paper.  AGMSRecordSound is recommended for making the initial
  10. digital recording of your dialogue.  Uses arp.library for wildcards.  July
